Website information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Coach Rob is operated by Rob Snider in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how information is handled through this website and its enquiry forms. Rob Snider is the contact for privacy questions and requests at robsnider.abc@gmail.com.
2. Information you provide
- Coaching applications: your name, email, telephone number, age, weight and goals, training experience, nutrition habits, obstacles, readiness, and the package you select.
- 40+ Performance Check: your quiz answers, including any injury or movement limitations you choose to disclose, the generated result, training experience and readiness category; your first name and email; optional mobile number and city; and your consent record.
- Correspondence: information you include when contacting Rob by email or another channel.
Fitness, injury and nutrition information can be sensitive. Provide only what is necessary for your enquiry. Do not submit medical records, financial account details, identification documents, or other information the form does not request.
3. Technical information and saved progress
Hosting and delivery services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to serve and protect the website. Hosting-level traffic measurement may also generate usage statistics. When you submit the Performance Check, the form includes its page address and any campaign parameters beginning with “utm_” in that page’s URL.
The Performance Check uses your browser’s local storage to remember your result, readiness and experience categories, selected plan and completed days. These preferences can reveal fitness interests. Contact details and individual injury answers are not saved in this local progress record. Progress has no automatic expiry; clear this site’s browser data to remove it. “Retake” clears the saved result, but does not clear completed-day progress. Browser settings may prevent saving.
This local storage is not an advertising cookie. The website does not contain a custom advertising pixel or session-recording tool. Hosting services and external sites may use their own cookies or similar technology under their policies. Your browser can control cookies and site storage, though some functionality may be affected.
4. How information is used and consent
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess coaching fit, provide the requested quiz result and plan, discuss or deliver services you request, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website. Submitting an application requests a response about coaching; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
The Performance Check asks for express permission before sending your answers and contact details to Rob through Web3Forms. Your result and downloadable plan are shown on the website; no automated result-email or follow-up-email sequence is currently offered. If sending fails and you select “Continue without sending,” that action does not send another submission.
You may decline to submit a form or withdraw consent for future optional contact by emailing robsnider.abc@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed and may affect services that require that information. Separate consent should be obtained before using a client’s photos or testimonial for marketing.
5. Service providers and external services
Rob Snider does not sell your personal information. This does not mean information never reaches a service provider. Services involved in operating the website include:
- Web3Forms: processes submitted form fields, consent and technical information to deliver enquiries by email. See Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy.
- Google/Gmail: handles correspondence sent to or received by the published Gmail contact address. Google Fonts also receives technical connection information when the website loads fonts. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Replit: hosts and serves this website and may process request, security and traffic information. See Replit’s Privacy Policy.
- Shopify: provides the linked shop and serves product images displayed here. Image loading can send technical information to Shopify before you visit the shop. Purchases, payment information and shop accounts are handled through that shop and its checkout. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy and the store’s policies.
- Studio / Move & Thrive: the linked training app handles its own registration, subscriptions and app activity. Review its privacy and subscription notices before registering or paying.
- The separate client portal and social sites: opening the linked portal or Instagram takes you to another service. Review the notices shown there; this website does not itself create an account for those services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety. Service providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where other laws and lawful government-access rules may apply. This policy does not promise Canadian-only storage or control over an external platform’s independent practices.
6. Storage, retention and security
This website does not maintain a separate database of form enquiries. However, successfully delivered submissions and correspondence may remain in email accounts, provider systems, logs or backups. Information needed to handle an enquiry, provide a requested service, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations may need to be retained.
No fixed enquiry-retention period has been established. Rob should periodically review records and remove or de-identify information no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements and provider backup cycles. Contact robsnider.abc@gmail.com to request deletion or discuss what records remain.
The public website uses HTTPS. Information is handled with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, but no website, email system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive medical documents through ordinary enquiry forms or email.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information Rob holds about you, how it has been used or disclosed, request access or correction, withdraw consent, or request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, and requests may need reasonable identity verification. Do not email identification documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.
Send requests or complaints to robsnider.abc@gmail.com. Responses will be handled within applicable legal time limits. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. This policy is intended to reflect applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including PIPEDA where it applies; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
8. Adults and children’s information
The coaching enquiries, Performance Check and training resources are intended for adults aged 18 or older, with much of the content designed for men over 40. They are not directed at children. If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authority, contact robsnider.abc@gmail.com so the information can be reviewed and addressed.
9. Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes to how personal information is handled will be explained before the new use, and additional consent will be sought where required. A policy update does not itself authorize unrelated new uses of previously collected information.
